a one shot that hasn't been tagged completely because I haven't been able to find it for the past 20 minutes. It involves the student council president who is quite casual and her tomboyish friend who is in the tracks club. They often spend time on the roof top which annoys the stuck up wallflower type secretary/assistant/? of the president.
The president suggests later to girl B to wear a wig which makes her turn quite a few heads.
The art was quite nice.
Please help me find it because it's driving me nuts. It's like a phantom itch I can't scratch.
