I think "Psuedo-Incest" is about as concise a term as we are going to get as far as conveying the desired meaning. I think pretty much anyone who reads it will immediately get what it means which is sexual relations between family members that are not blood related.

Where as "not incest" really is a far less clear term even if it is technically more grammatically correct.
