The title says it all. I am assuming only scantilators have the right to submit manga they have worked on for approval and upload? I ask because there are some old classic yuri flavored manga that have been translated in full years ago by people who have long since vanished and I am curious if there is a way for those types of works to actually find their way into the Dynasty Reader collection.

Anyone can request a manga be added via the Upload Request. https://dynasty-scans.com/requests Send your requests via that, regardless of if you worked on it or not, and we'll look into it.
