Petition to merge this tag with Ling x Tianyi

Yuezheng is Ling's family name. Her family name is in the rare category of Chinese names with two characters. Zhuge Liang also had a two character family name "Zhuge".

Luo is Tianyi's family name and like most Chinese surnames it is one character.

This tag should be Ling x Tianyi.
