I just realised, Cirno could be even be more deadly than the Youkai. Most of our organs are between 70 to 80% water, this includes the brain and heart, even your bones are made up of between 25 to 30% water. She can freeze water. Doesn't that mean she can kill anyone by freezing the water in their brain, or even all the water in their entire body?
