Are there any artists or authors who have, for whatever reason, explicitly asked Dynasty Reader not to host their stuff? I'm just wondering so that I know whose work not to request. In particular, I was wondering about the artist minusT, who makes really nice Yukari x Yuyuko stuff that I've requested before.

With a few exceptions, not really. minusT hasn't been uploaded yet due to the sheer number of Touhou requests.
