This looks like it might be something subtexty.
Manga is called Ensemble, seems to be a serial that got kicked off by a oneshot (the chapter labeled as 読切)
Seems to be about a gaijin named Anne who comes to live with a family that runs a shop that makes red bean paste (an), so the whole title is a wordplay (An-san buru).
Basically, Hanayamata with food instead of dance. And it's got some blushing, handholding, and hugging in the oneshot and I think Anne might have grabbed Sena's (the MC) breasts at one point. Not much in the serialize version so far.
