I'm sad it's over already, I really enjoyed this manga. It wasn't always correct but you could tell the author is really passionate about the subject matter. As far as this final chapter goes, I quite enjoyed it. It was nice seeing Ema get to go back home and bring Rachel with her, it was a little convenient but I like the spiritual angle used for the return. Obviously Ema seems to have decided to live in the past, at least for a little longer but I would have liked to see Rachel exploring the modern World some more.

Also that little rant about capitalism in the afterword makes me wonder if the author was taking out their frustrations at getting the axe, I dunno it just gave that vibe to me.

Author must had want create an documentary manga but could get just to this point
Also, she rather get a medieval germany girl than an actual one xd

I really liked this one, the long format with the chapter proper and the historical notes after has always appealed to me.

I had no idea that Santa Claus was just a pronunciation of St. Nicholas. Yuri is educational!
Sad this is over and things didn’t progress much, but I really enjoyed all the facts and the cute art.
