Im thinking maybe the last panel eludes to something deeper, like...she couldn't be in a casual relationship even if her partner was in love with her because "she might fall in love again...someday" ...but then at the same time it expressed a "love"/affection/caring about not wanting to hurt the blonde character....

I think the two of them should stay friends and then I bet further down the road the mc totally falls for her ^_^

I can't help but read this title as, "In Soviet Russia, baby YOU." It's making me laugh more than it should. Which is helping, cause that last page was kind of a cluster.
