Said character also appears in Hannibal (the book), where she's actually a bodybuilder.

Well now I HAVE to track down the book :v

I see you enjoy your buff ladies, Dark xD

Personally I think there's nothing sexier than some well defined muscles on a woman. Toned abs drive me crazy.

Haven't watched the series because the whole lesbian-having-passionate-sex-with-some-dude-to-get-pregnant thing kinda put me off. It's like turkey basters don't even exist. And if the show has to go with passionate sex, the writers should just make her bisexual.

I wholeheartedly agree... But bodybuilders are a bit too much for myself =|

Don't watch it for the gay.

As long they aren't Schwarzenegger tier of bodybuilder I'm fine.

Hannibal's second and third season have a pretty important lesbian sidecharacter

Said character also appears in Hannibal (the book), where she's actually a bodybuilder. Also, Hannibal is the best series ever (but don't watch it for the gay, really).

I thought the whole point of the series was Hannibal and Will flirting, with bonus food preparation porn.

That is an important part for certain demographic but the series is a pretty solid crime procedural/horror show.

Some of the murders depicted get a bit too silly on their complexity though.

I wouldn't say it's the best series ever but I agree, Hannibal is definitely a must watch. The art direction is outstanding imo.

I'm trying not to think of Hannibal Lecter and it's not working. xD

Also no to female body builders. Ew. When they start looking like He-man with Barbie's head it's gross. Girl's with fit bodies can be nice looking though.

You do realize most of the veiny, popping muscles you see on the cover of Muscle & Fitness are from the few minutes where they're totally pumped up for a photo session or competition, and they don't tend to be quite that extreme just walking around, yes?

Agreed, and even more impressively, each season is actually better than the last, instead of as good as or, more commonly, worse. Such a shame it's cancelled.

The popped veins is even more gross, I know they aren't like that all the time, but the giant muscles and stuff is not attractive to me - on either sex.

That's what happens when the showrunners have a clear idea of the direction the series will take. Supernatural's first five seasons are one of the best on the series for that same reason.

I don't know who gets pregnant in the end but I was talking about Margot.

But she still has passionate sex for the sperm, right? I read people complain about that, especially because in the novel she does it differently.

Passionate isn't the word I'd use Is more of a compromise to finally get revenge on Mason Plus, with the series ending she's the only one to have a "happy" ending

The series takes a ton of liberties with the original material and is one of its biggest advantages.

Alright thanks. I still don't trust NBC. They do a lot of lesbians having sex with men, one of the writers of Dracula I think even apologized for it and said it was done against the will of the writers. NBC even asked their fans on Twitter if they wanted the lesbian in Chicago Fire to have sex with a guy. Then GLAAD complained about it and then they killed her off for male character development reasons.

And to be fair Margot and her partner probably only got a happy end because the show was cancelled.

Another issue with the Hannibal situation is that when people complained about that storyline, the showrunner threw a fit on Twitter and mocked and taunted the critics. Not exactly professional behavior there.

I don't get why this sort of thing just keeps happening... no, actually I do and it depresses me. But if you absolutely want your queer woman to fuck a dude, then have her say she's bi in a throwaway line a couple episodes before. Still dumb, but slightly less so. Otherwise you just come across as a douche who fantasizes about "turning" lesbians after they've experienced the awesomeness of dick.

"Lesbian sleeping with a man" scenes are infuriating enough on their own, but it's even worse when they happen on critically acclaimed shows because your friends keep recommending them to you and you have to come up with plausible reasons why you won't watch them.

A tv show that has suprised me soo much is The 100. The first couple of episodes is like a typical teen drama but as the episodes goes by they get better and better. The 100 reminds me soo much like the tv show Lost.(It even has some of the same characters from that show) I was blown away with sesaon 2 of The 100 and would reccomend it to anyone that likes tv shows like Lost and Person of Interest.

On the yuri front there is literally no yuri except 1 kiss and some subtext. But, honestly I enjoyed the tv show immensely. There are some plot holes but if you can put that behind you, you will enjoy it. I just can't wait for season 3 of the show.

I really liked 100 despite it being a teen drama. It was really put together well, even though there were parts that had me ranting lol.

Rogue Legacy has lesbians in it. Chances are that every lesbian will die. And being gay changes literally nothing in the game which is kinda the point.
