I used to ship NaruSaku, but then I realized the true pairing was NaruSasu, and I don't care what happened on the actual series. They're totally gay for each other, since the beginning.
About this pairing, all I can say is that Sakura was very stupid for stopping being friends with her best friend because of a boy. If I were Ino, I wouldn't take her back.

I remember that Sakura was the one who said that they couldn't be friends anymore (because the both of them liked Sasuke) and Ino was shocked. Of course, after that, they both became rivals and were always quarreling... But even at the chunin exam, it's shown that Ino still consider Sakura a friend, defending her when she's in a bad situation.

Another reason Sakura was a horrible character. Breaking off her friendship with the only girl that didn't bully her because of her forehead.... because they both liked a boy. You really have to try to write a character this badly. It's not an accident.

I don't understand why people keep singling out Sakura when all Anko did was lose, be used to revive Orochimaru then get fat by the time of Boruto. Ino moved from a guy she simply found pretty to another guy she simply found pretty (and going by the context, Sai only called her pretty when he did because Sakura had just punched him after he called her ugly).
Hinata also never won any fight and only put herself in danger in both the Pain and War arcs.
Also I never understood why people keep pushing for NaruSasu like they didn't try killing each other multiple times.
Edit: @jubjub2001 "endgame" doesn't mean "well written". Naruto never really interacted with Hinata until the war arc and even then they needed to make a movie to justify them getting together.
