Is N disappointed that Rosa got to Hilda first or did he get excited from watching?

@Mimiyaah *he I've seen this before it was posted on Dynasty Reader but never really paid attention to N.
Late reply but N doesn't use pokeballs. If that's a pokeball that's way off-character for him (unless he's releasing the pokemon).
