Maybe. But it's a least the first image that's been uploaded for the game (that isn't the manga). Hopefully more will be uploaded in the future.
Edit: It seems most pixiv yuri artists like Mamori and Mirei from the anime rather than anyone from the games.

^its the hight and age gap probly. That and if I remember correctly they are dlc in the games and are broken as all hell because main character buff.
They aren't twins, Ranka is a year younger than Rinka. But they were originally conceptualized as twins.
And no, they don't have much fanart on their own. I have a bunch of pictures but unfortunately not the source for all of them.
I have heard a lot about this game so got interested. I wish we get more fanart about these two in the near future.
