I have to admit the art looked terrible (compared to the manga) in the PV (I was whining about it actually lol xD) but in the actual anime it is really beautiful. Look at the background in every episode. And Yuzu's makeup scene in the 1st episode. It is evident they put a lot of effort in it.

I feel Like the anime is far more accelerated in the plot, it's seems off compare to the manga. And the chara design is really pale beside Saburouta's work

Only 12 episodes and it should have something of a conclusion because I doubt anyone hopes for a 2nd season. I'd expect it to be quite fast if they don't want to cut out too much. (I'm collecting the episodes until the end then I'll watch the whole at once.)
