Ittekimasu is what you say before you eat which means "thank you for the meal" or "Let's eat".
Itterasshai is where the last person in the house says farwell to the other person leaving. It a way of saying "goodbye, have a good day!"

@KYOUSAYA4LIFE As pointed out, that's "Ittadakimasu". "Ittekimasu" is "I'm going out", and "Itterasshai" is something like "Come back safely". They're using it correctly.

@Fipse They mean a magic clinic, using her magic skills to heal people- I wouldn't call that a waste of magic. It is literally what her family line has been doing for hundreds of years, and Diana made it clear in the anime she was gonna follow that tradition.

So I couldnt imagine her doing anything else? I just hope she takes better care of herself - with Akko's help, than her mother did.
