Given their outfit on the bottom pic, I assume it's related to Enreco, which ended recently. It's a weeklong isekai themed roleplay for holoEN using a custom minecraft server.

The tldr is pretty much that Nerissa is a witch, Liz is(was) a virtuous knight, and some fun yandere and corruption antics ensued.
