Unfortunately, this is a Lie. Sony might not be as bad as modern Nintendo, but major corporations don't love anything but their stock returns.

^Tbh Sony pisses me off more than Nintendo, partly due to Sony buying out Funimation, Crunchyroll, and Rightstuf, while making every service in that regard worse. Rightstuf was my favorite anime and manga store for years and Sony buying them out to make their services into the significantly worse "Crunchyroll Store" is so frustrating. Sorry for the off topic ramble, just Sony and other companies in recent years buying out so many various companies only to make everything worse has been pissing me off way more than Nintendo has lol

^Companies buy other companies often not for the company itself, but to get some piece of it that they need, like technology or rights. It's why so many companies are immediately closed or merged after buyout. They doesn't really care if this company was offering something better they just needed that one piece for themselves.

^Yeah and it really sucks, especially with how these companies are growing bigger and leaving very little competition so we're forced to use their services. Which I know is the point and it's awful.
