I suppose my experience isnt universal but the few women i've talked to about this position have all said it doesn't actually feel good and is mostly just for porn because it looks hot. I'd be curious if anyone on here has done it and enjoys it

I don't understand the hate some people have towards tribadism. It looks nice in art.
And, on a more personal note, as I have vaginismus one of the few ways I can be intimate with my girlfriend is with said method.
Is it exhausting? Yes, but it feels good to me.

^ Probably not my place to answer as an AMAB that, while genderquestioning, is certainly not a woman, but from what I've seen on, like, at most a handful of occasions, said "some people" do not take issue with tribadism in general, but with scissoring (a subtype of tribadism) in particular

Her branchia are so vulnerable it's a bit disturbing to think of it, unless they are more akin to dents that don't really go anywhere inside her body and are covered by some sort of skin flap... and that would still make cleaning a bit of a bother.

The popularity of the position in porn has nothing to do with its practicality or reality, that much is true, but it's wrong to say it's not enjoyable or practiced. Each time the topic gets brought up you get as many people who say they totally love it as people who say it's completely impractical and they can't enjoy it so clearly it varies a lot from person to person.

I've seen that debate too many times and just wonder why people never figure that it might be up to personal preference? Like, ask hetero women what their prefered positions are, and you'll find great variance too. It depends on what the couple enjoys most, which is partly also dependent on anatomy.
