I've never understood the mouth to mouth drink sharing thing. It's only the tiniest of steps from sharing pre-chewed food, and I don't know about you, but I don't fantasize about being a baby bird.

Answer: Sort of. Human milk has much more fat than protein, which makes it really only suited to making soft cheeses

^^ However it's not just about fat content. Each species' milk requires it's own rennet, and since humans are not ruminant, I'm not sure there is any way to get some for study even if you were to ignore the, uh, implications of harvesting it. Yet you could probably make whey cheese.

Do you actually need the specific species' rennet? My research suggests it's optimal, but not required. Most modern rennet is artificial, to begin with
