She asks about Carmilla earlier, so I'm pretty sure she's referencing the 1800s novel 'Carmilla', starring a lesbian vampire :>

Carmilla pre-dates dracula and is generally considered the "first" vampire, dracula is more famous though because lesbians back in those days? hell no.
