^ Click on the three dashes button. Click on your username. It will open a list with 4 items. Click on upload request. You'll have 5 fields, 2 mandatory, 3 optional. Make up a name or (if it's from, for example, pixiv) put the title or (if from twitter/x) artist commentary (if there is any) to fill the name field. Put the source link into the link field. If you want to go to the optional ones: just add the artist's name (if they're already on this site, just use what they already got here, if not, just take from whatever site you're taking from) to the author field; if it's a tl from the original, add either the translator into the scanlation field or if they didn't leave a trace, just put anon; the info field doesn't have a specific role, I personally use it to recommend tags to be applied.
