Day 2 of a post G-Witch Episode 1 society. Colours shine a little brighter. The sun seems to giggle. Birdsong brings me joy as never before. I am mesmerized by the patterns in the sky. Life glitters with promise, the future infinite and invaluable. There are many things not right with this world. But Suletta and Miorine are not among them. They may even be a bastion of hope in the days to come. Like Mercury in the sky, I hope my bitches survive.

Me while watching EP 1: There has been homosexual characters before, but always secondary or background characters, I doubt they will go and accept the main characters as yuri right?

Entirely new setting, so yeah, as said above, the prologue / episode 0 is all you need. There's plenty of Gundam series in the original UC universe, but also plenty of entirely separate alternate worlds, and this is one of the latter.

Saw some people saying that it will end in nothing but bait. However, considering the writer and all these artists congratulating the episode and the scene itself, I hope it turns out to be at least a wholesome thing. I liked Lycoris Recoil, but I hope this one do it better.

I'm gonna have to check this out. It's been soooo long since I've bothered watching anything Gundam. Geez, like, I think the last one I actually watched semi-regularly was G Gundam, and before that I was into Wing.
