I haven't played the series but from what I've gathered Lilith is Morrigans "sister" who is essentially a shard of her soul and power that was split off from her.

Come to think of it I'm surprised there's only two pictures of this pairing on here, there's a lot of art of these two. Even the official art of them can get really suggestive. Like Capcom literally made a valentines day card of the two of them holding hands.
