For those chatting about real-life, this is way more common in anime/manga/hentai than in actual real-life.

Usually, people with this "fetish" or "sexual preference" are usually misdiagnosed as having "gender dysphoria" (I think I have) but then again it could be a real mental "disorder". Who knows really, we are still in the wild west of brain and mental science.

^ Gender is separate from sexuality. It just so happens for transbians that wanting to be a girl and liking girls have a very obvious overlap with each other. What 'fetish' are you talking about?

Also there are quite a few transbians out there (me included) and so little male to female yuri I highly doubt this happens less often in real life.
