I think this is Nearl, not Blemishine. Blemishine has a bow on her ponytail, Nearl doesn't.

^That might be more just because of the change in clothes - this artist has drawn Blemishine in casual clothes without a bow in this post. But yeah, it can be hard to tell, especially since the commentary doesn't specify whether it's Blemishine or Nearl. I suggested this as Blemishine mostly because of her expression here.
