is it wrong i watched yuru yuri just for these two? i dont really find the gags very funny and the characters are "meh" to me except these two, then again maybe i just prefer the much better kirino mosiac

If you haven't given the third season a shot, you probably should. It's pretty different from the first two and the Himawari x Sakurako ship gets a bit more steam.
