I always found adorable that despite being fine with "sexually harrassing" everybody, Kuro's embarassed (at first) only when it comes to Illya.
Spending everyday together with a least one "mana replenishing session" a week is certainly a way to grow closer intimately.

^She was not embarrassed at all in the manga. They also only kissed twice in the entirety of the manga right now. The anime is a terrible adaptation.

^I'm pretty sure their first real kiss (which is like the third in the anime) is pretty much the same in the manga (minus the fan service animated make-out session.) Same with the way the asks her to "take responsability" for now being her mana replenisher. The only time where she's embarrassed about anything.
I also remember that moment after defeating Bazett, they both fall dead-tired in the same bed, and Kuro turns bright red after making eye-contact with Illya. Even Illya is like "what's with that reaction?" and Kuro just goes full tsundere and leaves the room. In the anime they just fall asleep.

^She was embarrassed several times whenever people see through her tsundere facade actually. She is like Archer if he wasnt cynical, but just a tsundere ("so just Archer" I hear you say lol). I did forget about that bed scene tbh.

^ I don't blame you, it's was short, but it was also the first moment where I was like "Aaaw beneath all the Fate+yuri fanservice, there can still be some wholesome moments".
Too bad when most people think of Fate/kaleid they automatically associate it with "lolicon material"... There's some real yuri potential in there.

^I love Prillya for the humor, plot and amazing lore integrations. The author is an absolute TM fanboy and gave us some of the coolest Fate moments disguised as a comedic magical girl parody. The loli fanservice is the only blemish on the series imo.
There is obviously a very strong case for Illya x Miyu being the main couple. It's kind of what has been worked on since chapter 1. I'd say this has been yuri subtext from the start. In fact it's not been all that subtle at all.

Question for all of you,how gay is the manga compared to the anime, the harem tag scares me but I really liked the anime and want to read the manga. is miyu x illia still a thing in the manga or was it just in the anime for fanservice?

Prillya is a great manga with or without the yuri. If you are not a Type-Moon or at least Fate fan I think it's not as worth it, but the art and story are a lot better in the manga, so there is that. The yuri subtext is absolutely there and Illya x Miyu is the main ship of the manga still. Just don't expect it to actually go anywhere. This is still a magical girl parody, so committing to a relationship is pretty unlikely.
