It ain't racist. I'm Irish and our accents are very close in how Scots sound and I think the whole thing is fuckin' hilarious.
I'm all for it anyway, and implying that the way a certain group of people sound is racist is offensive in itself imo.

^Scots is often counted as a language (the line between language and dialect is weird). I consider it a language because it's tied to a different culture than English (and there are other languages that are interchangeable like Scots and English, but they are considered different languages thanks to cultures. Like Swedish, Danish and Norwegian Bokmål for example).
