This is based on the Aqours unit battles chat segments where the theme dueing CYaRon's turn was to design a new outfit for the group. So Furirin (Ruby's va) designed these nurse outfits and began a short skit with Anchan (Chika's va) where Anchan was the patient and she had to strip down to show where it hurt. Sadly Anchan never did strip....
