Also, it seems that the Rin x Sakura pairing tag is also used for Yurucamp. Maybe this one should be something along the lines of Rin x Sakura (Fate/X) for clarifications?

^ But the fact that they are sisters is one of the first things anyone familiar with the Fate series finds out, practically. It's the fact that causes the outcome of Heaven's Feel. It's not a spoiler. Have I missed something? Is Fate X in an alternative Fate universe where they aren't sisters?

It's more because the Heaven's Feel 2 movie just came out last week. People who are getting started with the franchise from that movie, the previous FSN movies or other stuff like Prisma Illya or FGO wouldn't know anything about that. The only time it's brought up IIRC are in Fate/Zero and the Heaven's Feel route.
Also, Fate/X is just the tag the site uses to refer to all of the stuff related to the Fate Series, like Fate/Stay Night, Fate/Zero, Fate/Extra, and all the other stuff. It's not used for anything in particular.

To throw my hat into the ring, people who haven't seen fate don't know a lot of the small details we take for granted. I went in not knowing anyone's identity except Lancer, and that's including Saber. Fate is so big that things we take for granted like Saber's identity or the relationship between these two. So if possible try to avoid spoiling anything too big for the newbies

You should never start with Fate/Zero, but I guess at this point there are more secondaries than anything else in the fandom. Heck most people don't read the Visual Novel anyway, so everything loses its meaning lol
The connection between Rin and Sakura was completely missing from the first two routes of F/SN, it wasn't even hinted at. The reveal in HF was a really big deal back when this was still a new thing. It's absolutely not something you should know ahead of time (one of the many reasons not to watch/read F/Z first).

I mean I just watched the original FSN anime, never even touched the VNs, and only ever paid the most cursory attention to the (annoyingly convoluted) lore in other contexts and I've known about that apparently supposedly worldshaking revelation for God knows how long... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Now, usually they are depicted in an OT3 with Shirou, but it's a fact that Rin is attracted to Saber and that Saber also highly respects/values Rin. She is also famously weak to Rin's advances and attacks.

^Yup, that's the Sunny Day ending, where Rin renews her contract with Saber and keeps her around at the end of UBW. And that scenario has spawned many doujins about Rin's daily life with Saber (and occasionally Shirou).
Of course Rin is the head of the house, Shirou is the house-wife and Saber is the butler/bodyguard. XD
