Dayum! This brought me back a nostalgic memory, one episode from the 70s' Captain Harlock serie, one of the last ones, in which they mourn and remember the story of Tochiro.
Knowing that death will eventually split them apart gives sense to the Nahua story "and everything was static, and nothing moved, and all moments were the same, and there was no life, nor death, no change, no movement, just suffering, just eternity".
