^ No, they clearly don't. It sounds like a boob joke took off on its own with Watamote as a pretext. Anna is a really interesting, perceptive character who definitely has boundaries. And her boobs aren't that big! She's pretty much the one who keeps Yoshida in line while being gentle most of the time, although she can be a little jaded about Yoshida's innocence. I don't know where this nonsense came from.

Akane's boobs took off the same way Akane's butt did, only more so.
People aren't picking up on her character because she's had so little screen time. She's had a small introduction that hints at everything you described, but she hasn't had enough development to draw readers' attention away from her chest.
Which they are very much fixating on.
