On a sidenote, I now understand why Princess King Boo is the second most popular of the Super Crown'ed characters - her being completely shy and embarrassed whenever someone looks at her is absolutely adorable.

Breast size seems related to original size. If the character is big (bonus points if boss) then their crown versions tend to be depicted with larger assets.
