Yeah, Touhou 14: Double Dealing Character. Same game as Wakasagihime and Kagerou. Sisters are 3rd stage boss, Raiko is the Extra boss.

The sisters showed up in a Yohane doujin, Touhou Blue Book: Yasumi no Saka, but apart from that I can't recall anything else they or Raiko have appeared in on the reader. Let's hope that gets changed soon. o3o

So Raiko is clearly Raiden, complete with linked drums, and Benben is Benten with her lute. But I can't place the third in the Japanese pantheon. I assume another god?

Apparently she's named after this bloke http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yatsuhashi_Kengyo a historical famous koto player, which is what she plays and is a tsukumogami of.
