Just wondering how our small translation team could possibly contribute some of our translated Doujin and comics to this site? We mainly post our stuff up on tumblr, but we're starting to do longer Doujin and are interested in sharing them with the community.

You probably should just go through "Upload Request", it's in the drop-down menu when you click your name in upper right corner of screen.
I guess it might be good if you add a comment that you're from the translation team to hasten the request handling.

You could also get Uploader status to do it directly, but I'm not sure what exactly is needed for that.

Is there some way for me to contact you outside either these forums or tumblr? (Maybe the e-mail address you signed up with..?)

While we are doing Negitoro now, (we have already done one and have 3-4 lined up) we are also planning on some Mari x Asuka (Evangelion) ones and I will be doing some Eila x Sanya (Strike Witches) ones.
