Eh, I found the poor quality very nostalgic, I remember reading a lot of manga that was scanned like this back in the day. It'd be nice to get it in better quality, but I don't think they did something wrong by releasing it.

Hibiki and Kanade are an excellent loving couple! They are one pair of Precure girls that I love. It is well drawn by Tomo-sama & beautiful written! Thanks for sharing with us!

I mean I appreciate the long lost Ooshima Tomo-sensei work :D but yeah the scanlation quality sucks, oh well.
