As someone who does not have any idea about Touhou Project, it's really hard to connect to all those doujinshis, and since there's abundant of it here I guess I should do some reasearch. So I googled it and yeah, what's your game recommendation? I mean, where do I start? Thanks in advance master/s!

The best game to start on is either Embodiment of Scarlet Devil, because it's the first PC one and the one that introduces the most famous characters, or Imperishable Night, which is probably the easiest of them and the most fun IMO.

Well, you could start from canon mangas.

probably is best the canon manga, because with the games is difficult to see certain characters, as, for example, yukari, and the other extra boss,
you can try the touhou fighting game (touhou 10,5 for ex.), that are easy and the character are well depicted,
for me touhou 6 is the hardest, but the most important to understand gensokyo,

there are also a lot of great fan-games that are like canon for the fans, like touhou pocket wars, labirinth of touhou and the genius of sappheiros,
and a pokemon version of touhou, but i never played it

I wouldn't really recommend the canon manga to a beginner. Even as a big fan, I found them at times hard to follow, and Zun's writing skills can be weird at times. Silent Sinner in Blue is the main one of the canon's I would avoid for now, but some of the others are dodgy too.
