Hello there!

I'm opening a thread to talk about Japanese Yuri light novel that haven't been translated in English yet. Both to talk about it as well as getting some recommendations.

I'd like to exclude the novels that have been translated already or that are beeing translated, as they are already widely discussed in other threads.

I've finished reading the 3 volumes of 明日の世界で星は煌めく. It was quite mediocre to be honest but as it was quite short, I still finished it.

The story is about a zombie apocalypse that happens out of nowhere and kills almost the entier planet's population. The main protagonist receives a magic wand and a magic pet from her (deceased ?) father and has to learn to live in that new world. Luckily for her, the only friend she ever had is also alive and is visiting her city. As they reunite, the MC will help her find her sister.

I'm currently reading 週に一度クラスメイトを買う話~ふたりの時間、良い訳の五千円~ (one of those Japanese novels with a really long title...) which I find really good. It's a web novel originally, still in progress m. I'm currently reading the second volume and I'll probably pick up the web novel after that as the third volume will be release in winter and I don't want to wait.

It tells the story of Miyagi Shiori and Sendai Hazuki, two classmates that belongs to very different social group. Miyagi is the average and normal student, while Sendai is one of the top student and belong to the group of the most attractive girls.

One day after school, they both meet in a library. Sendai wants to buy a magazine, but forgot her wallet. Seeing that, Miyagi gives her 5000yen so she can buy it. While Sendai refuses, Miyagi kind of force her to buy the magazine. Sendai wants to repay her but Miyagi refuse to get the money back later and tells her she had to work for it, if she wants to repay her. They both go to Miyagi's place, where she ask Sendai to read out loud an erotic manga to repay her. She accepts as this is easy money and at the end, Miyagi propose her to come one time a week to her place to do that kind of stuff for 5000 yens everytime.

As Sendai accepts, they start a strange relationship, where one to twice a week, Miyagi tells Sendai to come to her apartment so she can gives her orders. They establish some rules like no contact at school, nobody can now about it, no order of sexual nature....
"Do my homework", "read that manga", Miyagi start giving that kind of order until one day, to mess with Sendai, she ask her to lick her foot, excepting her to refuse. Surprisingly, she execute the order...

Both characters are well written and interesting. What I like about it is that the narration change from Miyagi's perspective to Sendai's perspective each chapter giving some depth to both characters. While the start of the novel sounds kind of weird and force, it's actually well written and believable.

Do any of you have some recommendations? It's pretty refreshing to explore that new territory but it's also not easy to find really good titles! I hope I can find some people to talk about that !
