I've only watched the anime. It is one of the best animes out there imo. Has some great characters as well.
I don't follow the manga though. Last time I tried checking it i got confused, because I think the anime seasons' order don't align with the manga.

Consistently good manga/anime. One of its kind really.
Gintama also consistent.

IDK any other series that's so consistent in the long run.
