Confused. "Big" as in "adult", right? Both characters approximate chibi proportions, so it's not clear either character's combination of height and weight dimensions satisfies the standards for "Big Girl" classification, at least by the American definition.

^Thanks for the +1 on the big => adult mapping,
but the definition of "Big Girl" is very specific where I'm from and the context and art do not exhibit a full alignment with that definition.
So, the answer wasn't obvious, or else I wouldn't have asked the question.

I agree, it isn't super obvious. Pengu's got some meaty thighs there, it could have gone either way with how Japan views weight. She really should go on a diet!!1!1!11
