I was going through this series when I noticed that it goes from 35 to 37 in the reader. I thought it might be a mis-numbering, but the chapter starts partway through Rio and Harry's battle, so I think it might be missing. Also, Chapter 18: Rivals is listed on it twice, at the end of Volume 2, and start of Volume 3.
