Hi everyone, can you help me find this manga? It's a one-shot and features three characters, two sisters (one in elementary school while the other is already an adult) and their sister-in-law, who is the eldest of them all. The youngest girl comes out to the two older women and while her sister discourages her, telling her it's just a phase, their sister-in-law encourages the youngest girl, to the surprise of the elder sister. Later in while washing the dishes, the older sister confronts the sister-in-law, saying she shouldn't be giving false hopes to the little sister as she may end up falling for someone who can't return her feelings. In the internal monologue, it is revealed that older sister is actually in love with her dead brother's wife but was too honorable to act on it when he was alive, and even more so when he died. Last line went something like, "Leave some offerings for my husband."

EDIT: I found it. It's Takahashi Mako's Living Room Flower.

^ This sounds like Sumire no Hana (aka Sumire's Flowers or Violet Blossoms ). It was published in a collection from Kaoru Mori, which appears to be licensed to Yen Press.

Oh my goodness, yes this is it! Thank you so much! I got the chess part mixed up with a different manga but yes this is the one I was looking for. No wonder it was really good, it's Kaoru Mori. Thanks again and have a good rest of the week!

Hi everyone, need help please to identify the manga I read like over a decade ago. I thought its title was Murasaki Blooms or Violet Blooms but I can't find it anywhere so title may not be accurate. It's about these two girls in high school, one is a delinquent who sleeps around and at this point is sleeping with her art teacher and the other is this kinda weird chess girl. They form an unlikely friendship and they both stand up for each other in significant moments: chess girl stands up for delinquent girl during an important chess match, punching her opponent for insulting delinquent girl (who I think is named Murasaki?) and delinquent girl stands up for chess girl when the art teacher insults her. Manga ends with them biking together. It's around 80 pages long. If anyone can identify this and/or send a link, it would be most appreciated. Thanks!
