I think this is getting serialized soon-ish, author willing. There's a very good chance some manga publishers started circling the series the moment one of the comics got past 100k likes on twitter.

Yeah that's a completely different series by a different studio. Here, we have the Revue Starlight studio with its assistant director leading this show. If by ep. 12 the dog shows up at my door with checkmate and eviction papers, and then drives off with my car, then, you know... sucks... but we can't use fucking Eupho here as a gotcha

I mean the show had to do something with the guy, since he's in been in promotional material and the OP since before the beginning, and he was already noted to be very obviously a prince lookalike/reincarnation from the start. By like ep. 2, when the Yuri signs started becoming clear, I was already predicting that people would start dooming when he showed up, and I seem to be right.

Can we just stop and appreciate the elevator scene? One partner openly communicates her insecurity in regards to the others' new job, and the other immediately and effectively reassures her in the most unambiguous way possible. If all yuri series were like this, about 90% of them would end after chapter 3.

Well, it ends at ch. 20, so you’re not terribly off the mark. I don’t think it got axed though, the mangaka apparently just wrote the story this way.

in the last chapter, the MC and tuna girl get on a train together, and they hold hands. The last panel is of the Mc sitting on the train, alone. I don’t know why or what happened, but that’s the ending. Doesn’t seem like a happy one.
