As a Vietnamese, I afraid that what you will experience from vietnam's taxi. They will try to drive in circle to increase the fare, some even overcharge and more than often refuse to drop you in the correct spot if they just don't feel like it. It not a racist thing since this also happened alot to the local.

As another Vietnamese, if they’re still giving you a hard time, pretend you’re a Vietnamese auntie and give them an earful until they reduce the fare price. Outside of bringing a local, having physical evidence of the altercation, and/or having proof that they’re trying to scam you, becoming a Karen is extremely helpful in these types of situations.
