Chapter 64's first page has young Fuji refer to a black-haired girl as Ne-chan, which could be a shortened version of Akane-chan rather than the big sis term. The black-haired girl that Kishiya is with is also called Akane.
One of the promos also has Fuji beside a black-haired shrine maiden, with an uncanny resemblance to Akane, implying that Fuji and Akane are therefore related (or childhood friends maybe).
