The title is a pun, because: She=shi, Know=no, Be=bi. They are being "shinobi" a.k.a. "ninja," and sneaking (and enduring).

I wonder if it's also a reference to an old song by the same name. It was playing in my head the whole time I was reading.

This one shot was too good, what the hell. If it really is meant to be taken in a "this could be you" context with that omitted name, then here's hoping that will happen in my life, and everyone else's.
