Idk why but this pairing is so good. First time I've seen Sagume portrayed as all bashful though. Kinda fresh.

I really appreciate the way Akane is portrayed in this manga as an idol fan myself. I'm sure many idols have sometimes felt that way especially if they entered it young. I see idol-fan relationships (not in the romantic sense) as having a silent agreement to pretend things are as they seem to be. But now that Ichika's actually interacting with Kanon as Akane, she's gonna have to learn to separate the two. I don't see this going the romance route tbh. I feel like it'll be more of a "fan learns to treat their idol as family since now they're literally family".

I admire Tongtong's diligence. Going that far for someone else as a teenager seems pretty amazing to me. Then again, I guess you could say it's 'just' studying lol.

This one was a bit bland to me but more idol yuri is always appreciated. I always enjoy the trope of a character getting into a career/hobby because they were inspired by another character, and that fits very well with idols especially imo.

Yesss I've been itching to read more of this artist's yuri! I need to add this one to my wishlist of stuff to buy later.

I love this series. Regularly reread this to look at the art too. The way panels are framed is wonderful, especially how the artist uses them so fluidly to show distance and relationships between characters. I'd pay to see a artsy live-action adaptation of this. (And I guess an anime would be nice too, what with all the sea imagery.)
