I could definitely see this ending in a double suicide. I mean, this whole manga is a total shitshow. First, Ai was manipulating (but not really) Hina. Hina was so in love with Ai that she would do whatever Ai wanted her to. Then, it got flipped on its head, and I think Hina is way worse than Ai was. A shitshow ending would suit this well
