I'm like 80% sure I read that already, was this posted here before?

Anyway, very short and kinda weird, even after the reading I'm not sure if the mermaid thing is a metaphor for something or not.

The metaphor is meaningful
There is a cool 2 level parallel between hiding that she's a a mermaid in a world of human//hiding she's gay in a world of straight people and the other level : "I'm hiding that I'm a mermaid so that I can stay close to her"//"If I tell her I have feelings for her she could drive me away, I must must hide that"
anyway it's not great though it is certainely not meaningless

Really liked the manga, it was a little more than pure fluff I feel. It is on the higher end of one shots lol

Pretty tame considering it's from the author of detached relationship
