I wouldn't say marisa and sakuya is random. It has a dynamic that works. definitely not that popular but it's a cute ship.

I don't see why Meiling's boobs are always drawn massive.

I do see that Risui's Meiling is more dominant than other Meilings.. usually she'd get embarrassed and be slow to make moves, but this one just goes for it, takes control haha.
